  • Standard Processing: Please allow 2 – 4 business days for our team to verify, prepare, and hand off your order to our carrier partners.

  • Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons or localized holidays, processing may extend to 5 business days.

  • Transparent Shipping Fee: We maintain a flat, transparent shipping structure. A fee of $5.99 is applied to all international orders to ensure premium handling.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS

Items are dispatched from our Hong Kong hub through an optimized international network. Delivery timelines are subject to regional logistics efficiency:

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING & TRANSPARENCY

Upon dispatch, an automated confirmation containing your Unique Tracking Identifier will be sent to your registered email address.

  • System Synchronization: Please allow 1 – 3 business days for the carrier's digital system to synchronize and display active tracking updates after the initial label generation.

  • Transit Continuity: If updates do not appear immediately, your package is moving securely through the international postal infrastructure toward your destination.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXATION

All international shipments are processed under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

  • Recipient Responsibility: Any localized customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Regulatory Clearance: MellowHale is not liable for logistical delays resulting from localized customs inspection or clearance procedures.

6. MODIFICATIONS & ORDER FINALITY

Our automated fulfillment sequence initiates shortly after purchase to minimize wait times.

  • Correction Grace Period: For address adjustments or cancellations, you must contact service@mellowhale.com within 12 hours of order placement.

  • System Finality: Once an order reaches "Processing" or "Shipped" status, we are unable to implement further modifications.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives compromised, please provide high-resolution photographic evidence to our support team within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event a carrier officially confirms a package as lost in transit, MellowHale will dispatch a priority replacement at no additional cost.
