All site content, including designs, logos, and product photography, is the intellectual property of MellowHale. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MellowHale shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products beyond the total purchase price of the specific order. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all MellowHale tags and packaging intact.

2. DEFECTS & DISCREPANCIES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, you must notify service@mellowhale.com within 48 hours. We will provide authorized return instructions and expedite a replacement or full refund.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is inspected at our Hong Kong facility, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
