We offer a 30-day return window, effective from the date of confirmed delivery. To maintain the integrity of our curated collections, returned merchandise must satisfy the following stringent criteria:

  • Original Integrity: Items must be in their original, pristine, and unwashed condition.

  • Tagging & Packaging: All proprietary MellowHale security tags, labels, and original protective packaging must remain fully intact.

  • Documentation: A valid Order ID or official digital receipt is mandatory for all return validations.

2. AUTHORIZED RETURN PROTOCOL

To ensure your return is processed without delay, please adhere to the following procedure:

  1. Notification: Contact our support liaison at service@mellowhale.com with your order identifiers.

  2. RMA Issuance: Once your request is audited and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and comprehensive shipping instructions.

  • Important Notice: Parcels dispatched to our facility without a formal RMA will be rejected and are not eligible for reimbursement.

3. DEFECTS & TRANSIT DISCREPANCIES

Upon receipt of your MellowHale order, please perform an immediate inspection. If you identify any structural defects, transit-related damage, or receive an incorrect item, you must notify our team at service@mellowhale.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize an expedited replacement or a full compensatory refund, including relevant shipping costs.

4. NON-RETURNABLE CLASSIFICATIONS

For hygiene safety and operational integrity, the following categories are excluded from our standard return policy:

  • Bespoke, customized, or made-to-order manufactured goods.

  • Personal care items and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., earrings, intimate apparel).

  • Items designated as "Final Sale" or digital gift certificates.

  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

5. EXCHANGE PROTOCOL

To secure a replacement efficiently, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a standard refund. Once the return is finalized, you may initiate a new, independent purchase for the alternative product. This ensures the fastest turnaround for our global clientele.

6. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF

For residents within the European Union, we honor the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the merchandise remains in its original, merchantable condition. This legal protection is integrated into our global service standard.

7. REFUND PROCESSING & TIMELINES

Following the arrival and quality verification of your return at our Hong Kong center:

  • Approval Notification: We will issue a digital confirmation regarding the status of your refund.

  • Credit Issuance: Approved refunds are automatically reverted to the original payment method utilized during checkout.

  • Financial Timeline: Please allow approximately 10 business days for financial institutions to finalize the transaction. If your credit is not visible after 15 business days, please contact our finance team for a formal trace.
